Chef Cameron Dunlap is no stranger to sea veggies. This chef forages for local, seasonal ingredients for his restaurant, Morchella, and hosted a seaweed pop-up dinner with Blue Evolution back in 2022.
Join us at Morchella for a five course dinner. Each course will include a different type of sea vegetable, showcasing the use of each type with a different technique, plus unique ingredients representing products from the Pacific Northwest.
