Taking advantage of all the umami offered by sea veggies, Kelly McLauchlan Stone and Chef Luca Ponti offered a fun and delicious way to learn how to integrate these superfoods into everyday cooking!

Focusing on various techniques and different varieties of Kelp, Sea Lettuce, and Dulse, this class offered students the opportunity to learn how to make Lavash Crackers with Sea Lettuce Flake, Miso Soup with housemade dashi, Wakame & Avocado Salad, as well as a delicious Dark Chocolate Kombu Ice Cream.
