Sip the Sea: A Pacific Northwest Wine Pairing Experience

February 15, two seatings: 12:00pm and 3:30pm

Indulge in a specially curated wine + seafood pairing experience featuring Pacific Northwest wines poured by Sea Horsey Bottle Shop and thoughtfully paired with ocean-fresh bites from Gabe Kieffer of PicNic Eats . Think thoughtful small production wines, paired with briny treasures pulled straight from our local waters.

What to expect:

• Guided tasting flight of small production, Pacific Northwest wines, each selected to complement the flavors of the sea.

• Gabe’s seafood pairings: elevated, seasonal small dishes from Oregon’s coast that bring out the best in every sip.

• Add-ons available: Fresh oysters on the half shell + decadent dessert pairing

• We also will be offering a fully non-alcoholic pairing featuring Pacific Northwest NA wines alongside a house seaweed mocktail, created to echo the minerality, salinity, and freshness of the coast.
