Fun and Fish and Chips at Squatchsami with Chelsea Rose!
February 16, 2026, 5-7pm, Lincoln City, Oregon.
While enjoying award winning Oregon-caught fish and chips, guests will get to hear from Cari and Codi of Chelsea Rose Seafood about all things commercial fishing. This is your chance to ask all your fishy questions to some of the central coasts most beloved fisherman! We’ll also be incorporating some ocean and seafood trivia so be ready to compete for some foodie treats and prizes.
If you’ve ever been driving through Lincoln City and stopped by the Squachsami food truck for some supreme Fish and Chips, Chowders, or even fried chicken, you know why it had to be on our dream list for an event. Squtchsami is known for their Pacific Northwest comfort foods using the amazing plethora of local resources. Fish & Chips with Oregon landed fish?! It doesn’t get much better than that! They’ve been voted "Best of the Beach," because of their scratch made tastiness and sustainably sources fish.
Well good news, they have a new space, open more days with a diversified menu! They’ll be opening just in time for Winter Waters 2026, and ready to welcome us all in for an educational evening!
This event is free to attend but we highly encourage you to place your pre-order for your preferred meal prior to joining, this will help the staff be more prepared and help you get your food sooner.
What to expect:
Cari & Codi of Chelsea Rose Seafood will do an informational presentation and discussion in regard to the importance of the central Oregon fishing fleets.
Weather permitting, Codi will also be demonstrating the breakdown of an Oregon caught Lingcod.
Ocean and seafood trivia incorporated into the evening, with fun foodie prizes!
