Join us at The Tinned Fish Shop for an early happy hour filled with delicious food and refreshing drinks. This FREE event is located at 2511 Northwest 9th Street, Corvallis, at SueAnna’s brand new shop centered around her family business, Oregon’s Choice Gourmet.
There will be food for purchase available by guest chefs Maylin Chavez of Nácar Oyster (think dressed oysters, seafood soup, and other tasty bites - PRE-ORDER HERE) and Chef Sierra Mickey of Garden Box. Additionally, Fullerton Wines will be in the house, alongside Moku Chocolate, Oso Honey Farm, artist Ben Soeby, 541Woodshop (locally made charcuterie boards), and Oregon Seaweed.
Whether you're a seafood lover or simply looking for a good time, this early happy hour at The Fish Shop is not to be missed. Come and join us in welcoming this new business to Corvallis!

“My dad started Oregon’s Choice Gourmet 46 years ago and gained a reputation for having THE BEST tuna ever, and I’m happy to say that all these years later that’s still what we’re known for!
I’ve spent the last several months working on our first ever brick and mortar storefront. There were a few reasons why I decided to go IRL instead of staying online only with the business. The main reason was that I just want more of a personal connection with people in real life. In the five weeks since I opened the shop it’s been everything that I hoped it would be and then some, and I can see myself happy here for a very long time.”
