SOLD OUT - Ippai x Basalt Pop-up: Bento Boxes and Onigiri with Sake Tasting

Chef Jane Hashimawari of Ippai PDX, known from her focus on Japanese comfort food, will highlighting the seasonal bounties of the Pacific Northwest with Winter Waters bento boxes! Boxes will be paired with locally owned, woman-made sakes. Jane will also demonstrate the proper construction of an Onigiri (traditional rice ball) with locally sourced fish, veggies, and seaweed.

This intimate, hands-on event will accommodate two seatings of eight people at Basalt (the working studio and showroom of ceramicist Michelle Valigura) in Cannon Beach.
