Scrap Supper

Scrap Supper is a Closed Loop Cooking dinner series with Hawnuh Lee, which showcased plant-based recipes and low waste prep methods. Scrap Supper is partnering with Blue Evolution & Oregon Seaweed for the Winter Waters regenerative seafare series, highlighting locally grown sea fare. This is a Jewish inspired, 5 course tasting experience to connect you with the coast and elevate plant-based eating.

Saturday, February 25th 2023, 5:30 pm at Cookshop - 2625 SE 26th Ave, Portland, OR 97202.

$70 per person, includes gratuity.

2 drinks included, with fave spirit 360 Vodka. Mocktail options available.
